| 摘 要： | 大学生＂三大＂体质测试是大学生体质健康相关工作的前提和衡量大学体育工作开展情况的重要指标,而测试数据准确性是体质测试的重中之重。探讨大学生体质测试数据准确性影响因素及对策,为大学生体质健康相关工作提供借鉴。采用数理统计法、文献资料法、问卷调查等并结合笔者多年体测经验分析影响大学生体质测试数据准确性因素。影响大学生体质测试数据准确性原因：测试流程的科学性、测试的规范性、其它工作的充分性等不够。建议：＂深入研究＂使测试流程更科学;＂充分保障＂使测试其它工作顺利开展;＂严格把关＂使测试过程更规范。

| Abstract: | College students’ "thre big" physical fitness test is the premise of college students’ health-related tasks,and it is also the important indicator of college physical education.So the accuracy of the test data is the most improtant thing.Through analysing the factors and counter measures of college students’ physical fctuess test data accuracy,it can provide advice and reference on college students’ health-related work.Mathematical statistics,literature,questionnaires and the like,combined with my years of experience in analysing the factors of college students’ physical fitness test data accuracy,I find the factors of college students’ physical fitness test data accaracy:the scientificity of the test process,the standardability of the test and the adequacy of some other work.Reconnendation:"In-depth study" is helpful to make the testing process more scentific;"full protection" can make other operations smooth;"stringency" can make the testing process more standard. |
