| 摘 要： | 从高职院校学生的思想政治素质、人文素质、身心素质、业务素质等方面分析了当前高职院校学生素质中存在的问题,在此基础上,结合笔者自己的实际经验,提出利用校内、校外两个方面资源来开展上述几个方面的素质教育,以提升高职院校学生的素质水平。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the existing problems in vocational colleges from the students＇ ideological and political quality,cultural quality and professional qualities.On this basis,combining with the authors＇ own practical experience,the ideas of making use of on campus and out of campus resources carry out the few aspects of quality education to improve the vocational college students＇ comprehensive quality. |
