| 摘 要： | 农民工NGO是因应社会需求而成立的服务于农民工群体的公益组织,但由于涉及到"劳工"、"人权"等敏感话题,目前该类组织的发展可谓举步维艰。在构建和谐社会的背景下,正确认识农民工NGO发展的制约因素,对于推动该类组织的发展具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Peasant-worker NGOs are commonweal organizations set up to serve peasant-worker group in response to social needs, however, as such organizations relate to ＂labor＂ and ＂human rights＂ and other sensitive topics, their development can be described as difficult. In this paper, the author tries to explore the restriction factors of Peasant-worker NGOs＇ development, which has applied meaning in promoting the development of Peasant-worker NGOs under the harmonious society. |
