| Abstract: | Strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents of University students is the core of educational reform.To realize deeply the significance of cultivating the innovative spirits,colleges should learn of the quality demands and standard features of innovative spirits and innovative talents,change their concepts,create innovative surroundings,construct reasonable curriculum systems and reform teaching and examining methods,thus promoting college students' innovative talent so as to meet the demands of this new era. |
