| 摘 要： | 日韩放送大学的专业设置倾向于大众化和生活化,客观上承担着国家终身教育的主要任务;其办学方式灵活,有科目生、选科生、全科生等;资源建设注重实用性并且充分考虑学生的兴趣和爱好,设备使用力求物尽其用;学习中心体现出管理的服务功能,对学生的管理侧重于人性化服务,所编制的学习手册贯通学习全过程;学习中心充分利用社会师资资源;学习资源的可移动性使学生自主学习成为可能。这些有益的经验,在我国远程开放教育办学中都可以进行本土化的尝试。
