| 摘 要： | 微电子技术专业在专业建设中，紧紧围绕半导体行业核心工作岗位，以就业为导向，依托校内外实训基地，构建校企合作的人才培养模式．通过校内外实训基地的融合，推进教学改革，提高学生的专业实践能力，探索学生到校外实训基地带薪顶岗实训，工学交替，提高人才培养质量，增强学生就业竞争力，实现多方共赢．

| Abstract: | In the construction of microelectronics technology specialty, Suzhou Vocational University has builtwp a college-corporate cooperation talent training mode based on the core job of the semiconductor industry and oriented to employment, which relies on the internal and external training base.Through the integration of internal and external training base, the penetration of teaching and curriculum, it promotes the teaching reform and improves the practicing ability of students. Through the exploration of the training in factory with salary and the integration of experiencing and learning in external training base, it improves the quality of talent training, enhances the students competitiveness in job market, and achieves the win-win cooperation. |
