| 摘 要： | 3G移动通信是正处于发展成长期的朝阳产业，急需大量应用型人才．但目前高等职业院校在师资、教材、实验实训场地等资源建设方面有一定的困难，校企合作是快速培养高质量3G通信应用型人才的捷径．按3G通信应用型人才的知识能力要求，探讨了校企合作人才培养的主要课程设置、实训基地建设、教学实施、双证制及就业等各方面的实施方案．

| Abstract: | 3G mobile telecommunication is still a fledging yet promising sunrise industry, which needs a large number of practical talents. However, difficulties still exist in current higher schools in terms of faculty, teaching materials and experimental or training facilities. School-enterprise cooperation is a short cut in training those practical personnel. This paper puts forward some solutions concerning major courses, practical training base building, teaching, double-certificate practice and employment. |
