5-磺酸基-3-碘水杨酸的合成研究

摘    要:以5-磺基水杨酸为原料、碘化钾为碘化剂,以双氧水为活化剂,以乙醇—水溶液为溶剂,合成5-磺酸基-3-碘水杨酸。最佳反应条件为:乙醇—水体积比为1:3,氧化剂与原料摩尔比为2:1,反应时间6 h,反应温度70℃,5-磺酸基-3-碘水杨酸的最高产率可达到87.3%。

Abstract:This study use 5-sulfosalicylic acid as starting material,the mild oxidant hydrogen peroxide is used as an activator of iodide reaction,and the potassium iodide is used as iodine agent in the mixture of water and ethanol.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows: the volume ratio of alcohol to water is 1:3,the ratio of oxidant to raw materials is 2:1,the reaction time is 6 h,the reaction temperature is 70 鈩?and under the optimum conditions the maximum yield is 87.3%.
