| 摘 要： | 为研究技术合作中装备制造企业技术能力成长的机制，深入分析了样本企业技术合作与能力成长的过程；研究表明，技术合作推动企业摆脱“木桶效应”的羁绊，有助于企业保持技术学习和技术创新的主动权，随着技术差距的缩小，技术合作与自主创新的互动推进企业技术能力的持续成长；在此基础上，构建了基于技术合作的技术能力成长模型．

| Abstract: | The research aims at the mechanism of technological capability growth of equipment manufacturers with technology cooperation. Therefore, the progress of technology cooperation and capability development in sample enterprise is analyzed. The study shows that technology cooperation can help the enterprise avoiding the bucket effect. Meanwhile, it is useful to maintain the initiative of technological learning and innovation. With the reduction of the technology gap, the interaction between the technology cooperation and autonomous innovation promotes the technological capability development. Thus, the model of technological capability deveopment based on technology cooperation is constructed. |
