| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生管理工作是高职院校正常运转与全面发展不可或缺的重要组成部分。文章通过分析当前高职院校学生管理工作现状及存在的主要问题,提出高职院校必须落实科学发展观,确立＂以学生为本＂的学生管理理念,不断探索和实践符合现代高职学生特点的管理工作模式,不断提高高职学生管理工作的水平和效益,努力开创以学生为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的高职院校学生管理工作新局面。
