摘    要:《学记》是中国古代教育文献中最早、体系比较严整而又有价值的一篇,它在系统论述教学原则、方法的同时,对教师的地位、作用,以及对教师的要求进行了阐述,这些有价值的观念和成功的经验,经过实践证明,是行之有效的。

Abstract:Learning Record"is one of the earliest article which had a precise system and extraordinary value in Chinese ancient educational literatures.In addition to the principles and methods of teaching,this article also has an investigation on the status and the role of teachers as well as the requirements towards them.All of these valuable conceptions and successful experience have been proved to be effective.
