| 摘 要： | 政治心理素质是大学生政治素质的基础。良好的个体政治心理素质，能帮助大学生对政治范畴形成正确的认识，以正确的观点和方法积极有效地参与政治生活，并保证社会政治心理状况的健康向上。加强政治观教育，通过政治社会化来提高大学生的政治心理素质，是高等学校思想政治教育工作的重要方面。

| Abstract: | This thesis states that politic psychology is the essence of college students' politic quality. It points out that good politic psychology can help the students to achieve better understanding of politics and take part in politic activities with right attitude, which inevitably ensure the sound politic life in a whole society. Therefore, developing of right politic value should be emphasized in college and university education. |
