| 摘 要： | 影响高校和公共图书馆数据库利用的因素主要包括两个方面：一是数据库产品具有的内容、界面、存取和全文等；二是图书馆职员的影响，主要包括推荐、指导训练和担当助手。通过认识和分析这些影响因素，作者从馆藏发展决策、人才配备、资金利用及指导培训这几个大方面提出建议。

| Abstract: | This paper reckons that there are two categories of factors that may affect database use in academic and public libraries. The first ctegory relates to the charactristic of the databases, including the content, userinterface, accessibility and fulltext; the second category relates to the helpfuluess of librarians, including recommendation, training and support. Based on the analysis of these factors,the author proposes a number of suggestions for decisionmaking, human resource allocation, financial resource allocation and user training. |
