| 摘 要： | 成人教育质量的提高关系到多种综合因素，是一项复杂的系统工程。本重点阐述并探讨了在新形势下提高成人教育质量的四大途径，即加强教师队伍建设是关键，严格教学管理是基础，并要加强考试环节管理、重视教学质量，以真正确保提高成人高等教育的质量。
