摘    要:考虑新能源开发利用的高额成本和碳排放约束,建立总碳排放约束和各自碳排放约束下使用最少零碳排放燃料的能源分配模型,以实现在碳约束下能源供给与需求的均衡.提出将Pinch分析方法应用于碳排放约束下的能源分配中,把模型的目标函数和约束条件合成在同一坐标系中,形成能源需求、供给合成曲线,在合成曲线上找到实现所有地区能源供给与需求均衡的Pinch点.通过算例分析,将Pinch分析方法求解模型的结果与线性规划求解模型的结果进行对比,验证Pinch分析方法的可行性和实用性.

Abstract:Considering the high cost of development and utilization of new energy and the constraints of carbon emission, the energy allocation models are proposed which use minimum zero carbon fuel under the total carbon emission constraints and the individual carbon emission constraints to achieve the equilibrium between the supply and demand of energy resources. Pinch analysis method is applied to the energy resource allocation with carbon emission constraints. The objective function and all constraints of the models are integrated in the same coordinate system to develop the energy supply and demand composite curve. The Pinch point which balances the energy resource supply and demand for all regions can be gotten on the composite curve. A numerical example is given to verify the feasibility and applicability of the Pinch analysis method by comparing the solutions of the Pinch analysis with the linear programming.
