| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校生源的下降和招生的难度增加,如何开拓招生工作新局面,就成为一个十分令人关注的问题。校友资源是高职院校的重要资源,充分利用校友资源来参与高职院校招生就业工作,发挥校友在招生就业工作中的独特作用,对创新招生就业工作模式,拓宽招生就业渠道,增进与企业的联系,促进高职院校校企合作的不断深入,强化人才培养质量有着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Along with the higher vocational college matriculate declining and the difficulty increasing of recruiting students,how to develop new enrollment work situation will become a problem concerned.Alumni resources in higher vocational colleges are important resources.alumni resources could be made full use of to participate recruit students employment in higher vocational colleges,which could play a role in the employment of the alumni recruit students,which could innovate students recruit and employment work mode,to broaden the students recruit and employment channels,improve the contact with enterprises,promote the cooperation between colleges enterprises,strengthen the personnel training quality. |
