| 摘 要： | 长期以来，大量剩余劳动力滞留在农村，严重制约着农村经济的发展和农民收入的增加，并成为我国社会经济发展过程中最主要问题。城市化是我国农村剩余劳动力转移的必然出路。在城市化道路的选择上，必须坚持以大中城市为核心，以可持续发展战略为依托，全方位推进的发展思路。

| Abstract: | For years, a large number of remaining labour has been living in rural areas of China,which seriously restricts the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers income. The surplus of rural labour has been the key problem in the course of social and economic advancement in China. Urbanization is the essential outlet for Chinese rural surplus labour to transfer. We must adhere to all-round urbanizing policy ,focusing on major or medium cities and based on sustainable-development strategy. |
