| 摘 要： | 目的探讨厚朴酚对人视网膜母细胞瘤HXO-RB44生长增殖的影响。方法体外培养HXO-RB44细胞,用终浓度为5～40μM的厚朴酚处理24～72h,用MTT法检测厚朴酚对细胞生长抑制情况,并用流式细胞术检测处理后细胞周期的改变。结果 5～40μM的厚朴酚能抑制HXO-RB44细胞的生长,随着浓度的增加,抑制效应逐渐增强。同时,厚朴酚随着孵育时间的延长,抑制效应更加显著。流式细胞术证实厚朴酚能将HXO-RB44细胞抑制在S期。结论厚朴酚能体外抑制HXO-RB44细胞的增殖,是通过将细胞阻滞在S期而发挥抑制作用。

Effect of Magnolol in retinoblastoma cells growth and proliferation |

| Abstract: | Objective To investivage the effect of Magnolol on the growth and proliferation of retinoblastoma cells in vitro.Method Cultured HXO-RB44 cells were incubated with 5～40μM of Magnolol,the growth and proliferation was evaluated by MTT colorimetric assay,and the change of the cell cycle of HXO-RB44 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry assay.Results The growth and proliferation of HXO-RB44 cells were significantly inhibited by 5～40μM Magnolol,and the inhibition rations were time-dependent.The cell cycle was blocked at S phase in each group,as demonstrated by flow cytometry assay.Conclusion Magnolol could inhibit HXO-RB44 cells growth and proliferation at the S phase of the cell cycle. |
