| 摘 要： | 消防行政强制执行是国家消防行政管理活动中不可或缺的一项制度,它对于保障消防执法权有效运作,及时消除火灾隐患,保障国家财产和人民群众财产和生命安全具有十分重要的意义。有鉴于此,本文拟对消防行政强制执行制度作初步探讨研究,以期抛砖引玉,引起学术界对构建我国消防行政强制执行制度的必要重视,服务于实践。
