| 摘 要： | 近年来,英国开放大学为适应新形势的发展需要,在远程网络教学、课程设计、虚拟学习环境、教学过程评估和反馈方面采取了一系列改革措施,促使开放大学呈现了新的发展态势。英国远程教育的发展理念和特点,将对我们的远程开放教育起到一定的借鉴作用。
