| 摘 要： | 用电位滴定法测定油脂的皂化价，克服了反滴定法测定色泽较深油脂时，在滴定终点指示剂变色点不明显的缺点，测定结果准确可靠，优于国家标准。

| Abstract: | The method of determination of saponated value of fat or oil by electric potential titration can overcomes shortcomings that color-changing points is not clear when determining value of deep-colored fat or oil. The results of determination is accurate and reliable. The method is superior to the national criterion. |
