| 摘 要： | 竞技体育运行机制包含动力、控制、整合、激励和保障等五个二级机制 ,以及与二级机制相对应的诸多三级机制等。上述五个机制既相对独立 ,又相互联系 ,共同作用于系统运行目标。中国未来竞技体育的发展必须充分发挥竞技体育多元功能 ;以两个根本性转变为目标 ,以体制改革为“龙头”,以赛制多样化改革为重点 ,依靠科技进步 ,形成竞技体育发展新的增长点 ;同时 ,要缩短战线、突出重点 ,调整结构、发挥优势 ,促进竞技体育持续、快速、健康发展。

| Abstract: | The operational mechanism of competition sports consists of five subordinate mechanisms:dynamics,control,integration,incentive and guarantee mechanism and many corresponding third class mechanisms. These five mechanisms are interrelated in the process of competition sports as well as relatively independent,acting on the goal of the system together. Under the principle of the competition sports multi function,we should take the Two Ultimate Transformations as the goal,leading with the reform of the system,emphasizing the reform of the various competition systems,depending on science development,forming new growing points of competition sports. At the same time,we should shorten battle line,emphasize key points,adjust structure, exert advantages,accelerate the development of competition sports continually,speedily and healthily. |
