| 摘 要： | 供应柔性和解藕点对于创新产品的供应链设计非常关键,一方面供应柔性可以使供应链随生命周期的不同阶段而改变,以应对其需求和供应的不确定性;另一方面,供应柔性可以通过解藕点的战略定位来获得,关注生产率的精益供应和强调柔性的敏捷供应被组合到创新产品的供应链中,可以形成一种基于延迟产品差异化的定制战略,以便使不确定需求和供应相匹配。最后,以移动电话和半导体的两个定制案例描述了解藕点的定位对改进供应链绩效的作用。

| Abstract: | Supply flexibility and decoupling point(DP) are very important concepts to design an innovative product supply chain.One hand,supply flexibility may provide an opportunity for an innovative product supply chain to be reconfigured with the different stage of product life cycle,so as to dealing with the uncertainty of demand and supply.On the other hand,supply flexibility may be acquired through the strategic positioning of decoupling point,and lean supply for productivity and agile supply for flexibility are combined into an innovative product supply chain so as to facilitate a customization strategy based on delayed product differentiation and to match uncertain demand with uncertain supply.Finally,two cases on the customization of mobile phone and semiconductor are given to explain how to improve supply chain performance through the strategic positioning of decoupling point. |
