| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育担负着为社会主义建设培养建设者和接班人的使命,发展高等职业教育对我国经济建设有着战略性的重要作用。高等职业教育的发展,必须树立和落实科学发展观,以人为本,创新工作思路,正确处理规模和效益的关系,坚持改革,在改革中谋发展。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational education carries the burden of training the builder of socialism construction,and plays an important part in the economical development in our country.In order to accelerate the development of the higher vocational education,a scientific view must be built up,a fresh way of work must be created,and the relationship of size and benefit must be well handled.The higher professional education must maintain the idea of human-orientation,insist on the innovation to realize a sustainable development. |
