| Abstract: | To reform the Journal for Open Education of RTVU, staff of the editorial board must be provided with sense of market in market competition. They must not only attach high importance to the planning of the journal and run the journal openly, but also reinforce the contact and communicate with readers so as to solve the problems and manage the journal well. |
