| 摘 要： | 玉溪市是云南省的经济发达地区，但玉溪市第三产业发展滞后，其障碍因素主要是城市化发展滞后、城乡居民收入水平低、支柱产业单一、现代服务业发展不足。要加快玉溪市第三产业的发展，必须针对这些障碍因素，采取相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Yuxi is a economical developed city in Yunnan Province.but the tertiary industry in Yuxi city lags behind the development of other industries.The main reason is because of the lagged urbanization the low income,and the unitary industrial structures as well.In order to accelerate the development of the tertiary industry,some countermeasures should be taken to solve those problems that constrains the development of the modern service sector in Yuxi city. |
