| Abstract: | On the basis of introducing the concept and meaning of interest-rate-marketization ,the author analyzes the risk exposure during the interest-rate-marketization, then concludes that financial innovation is the ultimate approach for commercial banks to improve their competitive strength and keep away from financial risk in the marketization process. |
