| 摘 要： | 基础教育承担着为儿童一生奠基的重任。儿童时期所接受的各种教育和文化将影响儿童的一生。有文化、有品味的学校，培养、造就有文化、有品味的教师；有文化、有品味的教师，熏陶、塑造有文化、高素质的学生。我们必须深入思考：我们将给学生什么样的教育和文化；什么样的教育和文化才能使孩子成长为适应社会发展的新一代。
