| 摘 要： | 摘要：为不断满足我国老年公共体育服务需求，促进我国老年公共体育服务快速、稳定、可持续发展,运用问卷调查、文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对我国老年公共体育服务模式进行深入研究，认为我国老年公共体育服务模式主要由价值理念、制度设计与技术选择三部分组成，当前在这3个方面都存在一定问题，要解决这些问题，改变传统观念，树立正确的价值理念是核心；以构建社会支持体系和老年公共体育服务专项财政制度为基础，不断完善制度建设，进行体制、机制创新是保障；充分发挥社区作用，不断完善分层次、多元化、竞争式的老年公共体育服务供给技术选择是关键。

| Abstract: | Abstract: For the purpose of satisfying China senior citizen public sports service needing and promote a rapid, stable, and sustainable development of it, this paper analyzed China senior citizen public sports service model by the methods of questionnaire, literature, and logic analysis. The model is constituted by value concept, system design and technology selection. The three parts have some problems today. In order to solve these problem, changing old concept and building up correct value concept is the core to solve this problems, continuously improving system construction and innovative system and mechanism based on setting up social support system and special fiscal system for senior citizen public sports service is the guarantee, giving a full play of community and promote hierarchical, diverse, and competitive supply technology selection is the key. |
