| 摘 要： | 构成能力的基本要素是个体的经验，经验的逻辑过程，是个体形成品格品位和能力层次的基本依据。这一切都是个体社会实践的结果。高等教育若强调培养人才能力，就必须研究教育与社会实践的关系，强化社会实践过程和解决社会发展中各种问题的责任感，使人才培养和大学自身引导社会发展的各种教育环节得以延伸。

| Abstract: | One essential element of ability formation is individual experience. The logical process of experience is the basis of one's personality, taste and ability level, which is the result of individual social practice. If higher education focuses on one's ability, the relation between education and social practice must be studied, and the responsibility for social practice and solving social problems in its development should be emphasized. Thus the development of talents training and all the college educational links, which will lead the social advance, can be ensured. |
