| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]图书开放获取权益分享机制是确保权益分享实现公平与效率均衡的前提,也是研究图书开放获取商业模式与制度体系的基础。本文旨在对目前图书开放获取权益分享机制研究进行溯源与现状分析。方法/过程]运用文献调研法与内容分析法,在梳理图书开放获取权益分享机制内涵的基础上,进一步探究其理论渊源与研究现状。结果/结论]图书开放获取权益分享机制研究衍生于以学术期刊为发端的开放获取权益分享机制。目前,图书开放获取权益分享机制在法律、政策、经济、管理与技术方面进行了分析,但还缺少增值、互动视角的权益分享机制体系研究。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The mechanism of book open access rights sharing is not only the precondition to ensure fairness and efficiency of book rights sharing, but also the basis of studying the business model and policy system of book open access. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the theoretical origin and current mechanisms of rights sharing of book open access so as to deepen the study of book open access.Method/process] Based on the analysis of the connotation of the open access rights sharing mechanism of books, the paper further explores its theoretical origin and research status by using the method of literature research and content analysis. Result/conclusion] Research on the mechanism of book open access rights sharing and the mechanism derived from information resource sharing as well as the mechanism of open access rights sharing stemmed from academic journals. At present, the book open access rights sharing mechanism has been analyzed in the aspects of law, policy, economy, management and technology. However, the study on the rights sharing mechanism system from the perspective of added value and interaction is ignored. |
