| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种有线电视收费系统的网管软件的具体研制方法，通过与机顶盒硬件的配合可对用户交费进行管理，并具有通过与硬件配合进行对交费用户、欠费用户远程寻址自动加解扰的功能.

| Abstract: | A research method of network management system of CATV charge is presented in this paper It has the function of management of user fees and payments to other users with STB hardware support Also, it realizes the management of the users of fee-paying and arrears and the functins of automatic encryption the remote control and management addressing is available. |
