| Abstract: | The appointment of teachers in colleges and universities is an important content of establishing modem college system. Colleges and universities sho.ld try to use selective duration of appointment, strictly implement the teachers＇ appointment procedures, separate appointment from evaluating teachers and perfect performance evaluation and post-appointment management system for the teachers. |
