基于价值链拆分的双重商业模式的战略选择

摘    要:首先通过对30个双重商业模式案例的整理与分析,提出双重商业模式战略选择的可行性。在分析前人关于双重模式的应对策略优点和缺陷的基础上,提出了基于价值链拆分的双重商业模式的战略分析框架。根据价值链九种活动、两种商业模式冲突的性质和两种商业模式之间相似度这三个维度,划分出(2×2)9种双重商业模式的战略选择,并提出先进行价值活动取舍再对剩下的价值活动进行分合的完整解决方案。之后运用提出的理论对联想集团双模式的案例进行了分析。最后进一步提出了双模式的研究方向,提出了基于价值链的拆分,企业还可以依据其他的要素来进行新的更加符合企业自身情况的拆分方式。

Strategy Contingency Approach for Dual Business Model Based on the Separation of Value Chain
Abstract:By analysing 30 cases of dual business model,this paper proposes that dual business model not always means failures.Strategy contingency approach for dual business model based on the separation of value chain is proposed by analyzing advantages and disadvantages of former coping strategy for dual business model.According to 9 activities of value chain,and nature of conflicts as well as similarities between two kinds of business models,this paper divides(2×2)9 strategy choices for dual business model.It proposes the solution that before separating or integrating the activities of value chain,choosing the competitive ones is necessary.The case of Lenovo Group is analyzed by using the theory.Lastly,this paper points out the future research direct for dual business model,namely besides the separation of value chain,separation based on other factors of business model is also available.
