| Abstract: | This paper interprets the outsourcing theory under the auspicious international situation of service outsoureing, and discusses the concrete strategy for college English teaching based on off-shore service outsourcing. College English teachers should update their ideas, and give expression to the practical and occupational characteristics of college English teaching, so as to cultivate practical English talents suitable for off-shore service outsourcing. |
