| 摘 要： | 高职院辅导员对于培养身心健康、全面发展的高职院大学生有着极其重要的作用．而高职院辅导员要具备必备的素质，必须从提高政治修养、增强责任意识、坚持教学科研和完善知识结构等方面努力提升个人魅力．并在实践中提高学生日常管理、思想政治教育、心理健康教育、就业指导服务、学生干部培养以及贫奖勤助学贷等方方面面的工作能力。

| Abstract: | Vocational institute counselors play an extremely important role in cultivating vocational institute students with physical and mental health and all-over development. To have essential qualities, vocational institute counselors must improve personal charm from the political accomplishment, the sense of responsibility, teaching and researching to the knowledge structures ere, and enhance working abilities from students＇routine management, ideological and political education, mental and health education, career guidance services, student cadre training to students＇ special work etc. |
