摘    要:蘑菇是一种高蛋白、低脂肪、低热量、营养丰富、味道鲜美的碱性食物,经常食用能提高人体免疫能力,具有延年益寿之功效,市场前景十分广阔.但在蘑菇生产中常有减产以至于效益不理想现象,究其原因多是由于连续栽培,生态条件恶化,病虫害滋生蔓延严重难以控制造成的.

Abstract:A mushroom is a kind of alkaline foods with much protein, little fat and few calories, which contains rich nutrition and tastes good. It can improve oneg immunity and last oneg life if it is often eaten . It has a promising future. However, the economical results sometimes are not satisfying and the output even decreases in mushroom production. The reasons are that it is grown continuously, ecological conditions are worse, and, plant diseases and insect pests are too serious to control.
