高分子材料力学性能测试综合实验教学改革初探

摘    要:高分子材料力学性能测试综合实验是高分子材料与工程专业学生的专业综合实验课程中的重要实验项目。在分析专业综合实验课程教学大纲的基础上,结合实验课程教学改革实践,提出了新的高分子材料力学性能测试综合实验教学方案。在学生完成塑料增韧配方设计实验的前提下,结合实验配方对增韧塑料的拉伸强度,断裂伸长率以及冲击强度进行综合分析,从而找出拉伸强度,断裂伸长率及冲击强度随增韧剂的变化规律,进而使学生真正理解塑料增韧机理,掌握塑料增韧配方设计思想。

Abstract:Comprehensive testing of mechanical properties of polymeric materials is an important teaching content of comprehensive experimental subject for students in polymer materials and engineering.Based on the analysis of comprehensive experimental teaching guidance,this paper presented a new scheme for comprehensive experimental teaching of mechanical properties characterization of polymeric materials by combining with the teaching reformation practices.Meanwhile,some suggestions about comprehensive experimental teaching reformation were proposed according to the requirements of social practices.It was proposed that the students could be encouraged to characterize and discuss the dependency of tensile strength,broken elongation and impact strength on the flexibilizer after they had finished the composition designing of polymer composites.Thus,the students could learn to find the change tendency and understand the toughening mechanism better,and grasp the knowledge of composition designing of polymer composites.
