| 摘 要： | 政府主导型旅游发展战略是我国“九·五”期间倡导和实施的战略。加入WTO以后 ,我国仍应坚持这一战略。在旅游发展中 ,政府要从观念更新、政策引导、资金投入、宣传促销、强化管理、人才培训等方面发挥主导作用。

| Abstract: | During its "Ninth Five-Year" program. China iniriatcd and practiced a govemment-guided strategy in developing tourism, which should be carried on after its entering WTO. In developing tourism, the government will have to play a leading role in the transformation of mentality, the guidance of polity, the investrnent of capital, the promotion of sales, the strengthening of management, and the training of tourist personnel. |
