| 摘 要： | 当前,物质利益矛盾处于人民内部矛盾的中心地位,表现在城乡居民之间和不同地区居民之间的利益矛盾、不同社会阶层之间和干群之间的利益矛盾。对此应遵循公平的原则,采用发展经济,加大弱势群体教育投资,完善税收制度,健全社会保障体系,法律约束和思想政治工作以及加强党的建设等方法综合协调和解决。
