| Abstract: | The previous discussion on the reduplication of verbs mostly talks about which verbs can be reduplicated as well as its grammatical meanings. The paper tries to analyze the pragmatic constraints of different sentence patterns on the reduplication forms from a new point of view, such as in the sentences of the declarative, the interrogative and the imperative. |
