| 摘 要： | 在生命自由过程中,"小悦悦事件"中路人选择"旁观"等冷漠形象,唤起这个时代对于生命自由与道德价值和谐的强烈诉求。二者和谐的逻辑起点是主体性、客体性和统一性。首先,主体性体现于通过人自身的活动倾向来塑造世界、自由境界的拓展和道德价值意义的阐发、主体性开展离不开价值引领性发挥作用。其次,生命自由与道德价值的客体性因素主要表现在:被统治阶级意志客体、关系客体、利益客体、结果客体所制约。再次,生命自由与道德价值是具体的历史的统一:生命自由是道德价值的灵魂、道德价值是生命自由的保障、生命自由必须与道德价值联结在一起。

| Abstract: | On the process of life freedom,such indifference image on" little Yueyue event " arouses the strong demand about this time for harmony of life freedom and moral value.The logical starting point of their harmony is subjectivity,objectivity and unity.First of all,subjectivity shapes the world through personal activities,the development of freedom realm and moral value,subject inseparable development from the value of a leading role.Secondly,object factors about life freedom and moral value mainly display in: the will of the ruling class object,relation object constrainting,benefit object constrainting and result object constrainting.At last,the specific and historical unity of life freedom and the moral value: life freedom is the soul of moral value,the moral value is the guarantee of life freedom,and life freedom is together with moral value. |
