| 摘 要： | 调查研究民族地区的双语教学成效,针对性地研究和解决民族双语教学中存在的主要问题,对于进一步深化民族教育改革和有效推进双语教学都具有十分重要的意义。通过调查新疆疏勒县双语教学的现状,发现民族地区双语教学在贯彻落实国家的语言文字和双语教学政策法律法规、探索双语教学模式、双语课程和教材开发、双语师资培训等方面成效显著,与此同时,疏勒县的双语教学在政策落实的细化、双语教学模式的推广、课程教材的深度开发、双语教师的专业化发展等方面还存在着一定的问题,为此提出了相关的建议。

| Abstract: | Investigating the effects of bilingual teaching in ethnic minority areas,and endeavoring to studying and solving the major problems are of great significance for deepening the education reform for ethnic minority groups and furthering the bilingual teaching.This paper pointed out the achievements and problems of bilingual teaching in Shule county on the basis of an investigation into the current situation of bilingual teaching in Shule county,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The county has gain significant achievements in carrying out the national language policy and bilingual teaching policy,constructing the bilingual teaching mode,developing bilingual curriculum and textbooks,and training bilingual teachers.But it still faces some problems,such as refining the implementation of the bilingual teaching policy,promoting the bilingual teaching mode,enhancing the in-depth textbook development,quickening the professionalization of the bilingual teachers.This paper also provides some suggestions for addressing these existing problems. |
