| 摘 要： | 工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的切入点,我院金融与证券专业于2006年1月开始实施"工学结合"教学改革。本文对该专业在"工学结合"教学改革与实践中构建人才培养模式的原则、课程设置、教学内容和教学考核方法等一系列改革探索进行了介绍。
