| 摘 要： | 对高校体育教师的综合评价不仅关注教学水平,体育教师的科研水平和能力也是评价的重要内容.实现科研与教学的平衡发展,充分挖掘高校体育科研潜力,以体育教师科研绩效为基础,构建高校体育与教学科研平行发展的管理体系,促进高校体育教师科研工作积极性,分析了影响体育教师科研绩效的主客观因素,建立动态科研管理绩效评价体系.

| Abstract: | Comprehensive evaluation of PE teachers in colleges and universities not only focuses on their teaching but also on their capacity of scientific research to strike a balance between teaching and scientific research.Based on the evaluation of teacher’s academic research,this paper intends to design a management system for the parallel development of PE teaching and academic research in colleges and universities,which aims at the promotion of the potential of PE research and the promotion of the drive and enthusiasm of teachers in their scientific research. |
