摘    要:国家需要大国工匠,企业需要掌握核心技术的技能型人才,现代社会越来越注重毕业生的岗位胜任力。在高职教学中,混合式教学模式改革可以通过线上线下相结合的方式,形成更加系统的教学体系,解决高职学校培养学生职业素养能力中所遇到的部分问题,从而更好地提升高职学生的岗位胜任力。高职院校可以从转变教师和学生观念、设计高效的教学环节、合理利用各类资源及平台、构建多维度教学评价体系等方面进行混合式教学模式建设。高职教育要借着政策的东风积极探索教学模式改革,把提高学生岗位胜任力作为未来的努力方向,为国家培养高质量的技术人才。

Abstract:The country needs great craftsmen,and enterprises need core technology skilled talents.Modern society pays more and more attention to the post competency of graduates.In higher vocational education,the reform of blended teaching mode can form a more systematic teaching system through the combination of online and offline teaching,which solves some problems encountered in the cultivation of students’professional quality and ability in higher vocational schools,so as to better enhance the post competency of higher vocational students.Higher vocational colleges can carry out the construction of blended teaching mode from the following aspects:changing the ideas of teachers and students,designing efficient teaching links,rationally utilizing all kinds of resources and platforms,and constructing multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system.Higher vocational education should take advantage of the policy to actively explore the reform of teaching mode,take improving students’post competence as the direction of future efforts,and train high quality technical talents for the country.
