| 摘 要： | 网络交往导致的信任危机在当下大量地凸显,主要表现在人际冲突加剧,侵权行为屡禁不止、网络经济贸易受到冲击等方面。马克思交往信用思想为我们解决此类问题,构建网络诚信交往提供了两点启示:第一以利益为动力,建立网络技术安全权威;第二以法律为载体,营造网络诚信文化氛围。
