| 摘 要： | 教学管理是德育、智育、美育、体育几方面管理的有机结合，当前，我国高校教育教学管理工作存在重知识轻文化的现象。根据马克思关于人全面发展的科学理论，笔者认为，高校教学管理工作应始终把“人文关怀”视为基本坐标和基本理念。本文将以人文关怀的含义和高校教学管理中人文关怀的必要性为切入点，从高校课程设置、教学方法、校园文化等方面着眼，阐明人文关怀在高校教学管理工作中的实现可能。

On the Construction of Humanistic Care in University Teaching Management |

| Abstract: | Teaching management is an organic integration of the management of moral education, intelligent education, aesthetic education and physical education, but currently, China＇s univer-sity management lays emphasis on knowledge and neglect cul-ture. According to Marx＇s scientific theory on people＇s all-round development, the writer holds that university teaching manage-ment should always regard＂humanistic care＂as the basic coor-dinate and idea. With the connotation of humanistic care and the necessity of humanistic care in university teaching management as the breakthrough point, this paper elaborated the feasibility of realizing humanistic care in university teaching management based on curriculum setting, teaching methods and campus cul-ture. |
