| 摘 要： | 中职学校德育课教学是学校德育工作中最重要的一环，是对学生进行思想政治教育、法制教育、职业生涯规划教育及心理健康教育的主渠道。目前，学校德育教学存在着一些问题，影响了教学效果，需要认真反思，找到问题症结，并坚持以人为本，转变教学方式、增强教学效果，实现德育教学“育人教化”的功能。

| Abstract: | The teaching moral education, as an important part of secondary vocational school moral education,is a main way for students＇ ideological and political education,legal education, ca-reer planning education and psychological health education. Currently, there are some problems in school moral education and teaching, affecting the teaching effect, so we should carefully re-flect on them and seek the causes, adhere to the people-oriented idea, change teaching styles, and enhance the teaching effect, so as to realize the education function of moral education. |
