关于建构学校德育场景的思考

摘    要:学校德育工作是一个复杂的系统工程,为了提高德育的实效性,学校德育工作应利用具有德育氛围情境和德育能量的一切时空形态和现实背景,多视觉、多渠道、多层面地进行,应建构一个全景框架——“学校德育场景”(简称为“德育场”)。应从大德育观念建设、师德建设、文化建设、课程建设、德育科研及德美心三育互动等六个方面,对学校德育场景的建构进行整体的思考。

Abstract:School moral education is a complex systematic project. To increase the effectiveness of the moral education, schools teachers should make full use of various time-space formations and real scenes that provide the atmosphere and energy for moral education to construct a panoramic framework in which moral education is carried out from multi-angles of view, through multi-channels and on multi-levels. We call this framework "the scene for school moral education" (shortened as "moral education scene"). In this paper, the construction of the scene for school moral education is dealt with in the six aspects: the construction of the general idea of moral education, the construction a teacher s virtue, the construction of culture, the construction of courses, scientific research of moral education as well as the interaction of moral, aesthetic and psychological education.
